Welcome to Zhang Research Lab!

Zhang Research Lab (ZRL) is dedicated to an interdisciplinary research programme that bridges micro-/nanotechnology and functional materials with MEMS and robotics technology at small scales. The primary research objectives of the Laboratory range from development of functional nanomaterials to intelligent micro-/nanoscale machines and robotic systems for biomedical, energy storage and environmental applications. The motivation of our research is to develop enabling materials, tools and systems, and technologies for the sustainable society and a better life.
